
Dr. Dave and Betsy Carroll planted Carroll Family Vineyard in the summers of 2015 and 2016 after purchasing the property in 2013. Dr. Carroll is a local veterinarian and business owner who farms for quality.

Two Acres of Coombsville Cabernet Sauvignon. One acre is clone 169 on rootstock 101-14 and one acre is clone 412 on rootstock 3309. Coombsville Loam soil series with a split canopy, quad-cane pruning system. Under the care of Grand Cru Vineyard Management.

We produce one wine, a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grown at the property. The entire vineyard is fermented together to fully express the site and the season.
100% French oak, 50% new aged 20 months. The inaugural vintage will be 2025 sold in late 2027. Erik Carroll oversees Viticulture and winemaking.
